Tundish Baking Precautions
1. Use low heat, then medium heat, and finally high heat. Avoid starting with high heat, as this can cause the lining to collapse.
2. Pay attention to the baking time, which is generally 2-3 hours.
3. Clean out any debris from the tundish before baking. Check the lining before and after baking to see if it is loose or cracked.
