Roller reducer

The roller conveyor is the main equipment used for transporting rolled pieces in the steel rolling workshop. Its weight accounts for about 40% of the total weight of all equipment in the steel rolling workshop and it is the most frequently used equipment in the workshop. The entry and exit of rolled pieces from the heating furnace, the reciprocating rolling on the rolling machine, and the transportation after rolling to the finishing process are all completed by the roller conveyor.
The roller conveyor is mainly composed of guide plates, guard plates, several rollers, as well as multiple electric motors, their transmission shafts and reducers.
