The hydraulic station, also known as the hydraulic pump station, is an independent hydraulic device. After the user purchases it, they only need to connect the pressure station to the executive mechanism (oil cylinder or oil motor) on the main machine with an oil pipe, and the hydraulic machinery can achieve various prescribed actions and working cycles. The hydraulic station is composed of a pump device, integrated blocks or valve combinations, an oil tank, and an electrical box. The functions of each component are as follows: The pump device – it is equipped with a motor and an oil pump. It is the power source of the hydraulic station, converting mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The integrated block – it is assembled with hydraulic valves and channel bodies. It regulates the direction, pressure and flow of the hydraulic oil. The valve combination – it is a plate-type valve mounted on a vertical plate, with a pipe connection behind it, and its function is the same as the integrated block. The oil tank – it is a semi-enclosed container welded on a plate, and it is equipped with an oil filter screen and air filter, etc., which is used for storing oil, cooling and filtering. The electrical box – there are two forms. One is a terminal plate with external connecting wires; the other is equipped with a complete set of control electrical appliances. The working principle of the hydraulic station is as follows: The motor drives the oil pump to rotate. The pump sucks oil from the oil tank and discharges it, converting mechanical energy into the pressure energy of the hydraulic oil. The hydraulic oil is regulated by the hydraulic valves (or valve combination) through the integrated block (or valve combination) and transmitted through the external pipeline to the oil cylinder or oil motor of the hydraulic machinery, thereby controlling the change of the direction of the hydraulic motor, the magnitude of the force and the speed of the fastness, and driving various hydraulic machinery to do work.
