Heating furnace loading pusher

The pusher machine is a specialized equipment used on the steel rolling production line to push the steel billets into the heating furnace for heating. In the old production lines, mechanical pusher machines were often adopted. These machines were large in size, expensive, had a high failure rate, and were complex to maintain. In practical applications, equipment like the pusher machine requires synchronous control. This demands that the electrical control device have features such as rapid synchronization and accurate positioning. The original production equipment mostly used friction plate-type mechanical clutches to connect two or more mechanical devices or components directly for hard connection, in order to achieve synchronous positioning of the equipment.
